1. Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability. You will receive confirmation of your booking via email or phone. Please ensure all details provided are accurate.

2. Payment Policy:
Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. For any special services or customized cleaning, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Service Limitations:
Our cleaning teams will provide the services as outlined in the booking form. Any additional services requested on-site may be subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Access to the Property:
Please ensure our team has access to the property at the agreed-upon time. If access is unavailable, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the inconvenience.

6. Health and Safety:
For the safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if there are hazardous conditions at the property.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:
We aim to provide a high-quality service. If you’re not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Liability:
We take great care when cleaning your home. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to items or property. Please secure any valuables before our visit.

9. Custom Cleaning Services:
If you’ve booked a customized service, the assessment fee will be credited toward your first booking, as long as it is scheduled within 30 days.
